We No Longer Use Pos Indonesia for Shipments

Due to their service’s unreliability, we will no longer send out shipments using the services from PT Pos Indonesia, our local post office. We are deeply disappointed after we received a complaint from one of our Trololo T-shirt buyers in the USA, stating that his purchased apparel has yet to arrive, although the packet was shipped on March 29. It has been almost a month since we shipped the goods, where PT Pos Indonesia claimed that the goods will arrive within 10 business days. While we put our best effort to maintain our service to our customers, this has costed us our credibility and reliability in a considerable proportion.

We regret to inform our customers that to prevent these events from happening again and despite the cost, overseas shipments will only now be done using selected international freight forwarders. We also regret that with this decision, the cost to ship our products overseas will be increased significantly.

Last but not least, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to our overseas customers. We will do everything in our power to make this right.

#IndonesiaUnite T-shirt Batch 3

To our current #IndonesiaUnite T-shirt pre-orderers, since the Eid Ul-Fitr is due this coming week, unfortunately we would have to hold back the production until the holiday is over.

To current orderers, we will try to ship the T-shirts as soon as your details are confirmed, hopefully the cargo service will still be open for shipments.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our #IndonesiaUnite T-Shirts are Finally Here!

Yes! After the last mishap on production errors, our real #IndonesiaUnite T-shirts are finally here. We’ve just received the shipment from our vendor today, and we’re going to sort these out first before sending them over to our pre-orderers. We’ve been sending emails for confirmation, and if all goes well, the first shipments could go as soon as tomorrow.

As for the details on what the shirts look like, here they are:

#IndonesiaUnite Details

The second photograph shows the details of T-shirts made by Neuro-Designs. As you can see, our #IndonesiaUnite T-shirt is detailed with our sizing stamp, the ND logo label, and as a bonus the stamp “Kami Tidak Takut” just under the back of the neck.

On another side, what are we going to do with the rest of the defective T-shirts? We’ve concluded that we’re going to return them to their original vendor and have them sell it for their own. For those who are curious on the details of these T-shirts, here are the photos:

#IndonesiaUnite Defect Details

As you can see on the second photograph, the T-shirt color is not red (compared to our Activate T-shirt made for GKI PI’s Komisi Pemuda, which is red), it doesn’t have our sizing stamp, and we’ve cut the mistakenly-sewn ND logo label from each of the T-shirts. Additionally, not shown here, the defective T-shirts don’t have the “Kami Tidak Takut” stamp on the backside.

Important Update on Our #IndonesiaUnite T-Shirt

We have received the shipment of the #IndonesiaUnite T-shirts from our vendor. Unfortunately, numerous mistakes were made, we have no sizing stamps, and wrong T-shirt colors for this batch. Therefore, for the satisfaction of our customers, we decided to return the goods to the vendor and have the T-shirts remade.

Because of this, we also decided not to bring the T-shirts to J-TUG’s Independence Day Gathering, as these rejected products are not the ones we want people to buy.

On behalf of Neuro-Designs, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the unnecessary delay, as this should not happen in the first place. We will have you updated with the latest status on these T-shirts on Tuesday.

Update on Our #IndonesiaUnite T-Shirt

We have good news. If everything goes well, our #IndonesiaUnite t-shirts will be delivered to our office on August 15, so we could begin shipping them to customers on the 18th.

Meanwhile, for this batch, we still have the following sizes left, in case you’re interested in the pre-order: 2 XS’s, 1 S, 1 XL, 3 XXL’s, and 1 XXXL. Other than that, the orders would have to go on the second batch that will begin production after August 17.

We are also going to be at the J-TUG’s Independence Day Gathering, and we will be bringing the T-shirts that we have left to the gathering. If you missed our first T-shirt batch, you can also pre-order for the next one during the event. Be there, and show your support for #IndonesiaUnite and our country!
